L’Italia ha vinto la staffetta femminile ad Hochfilzen, gara valida per la Coppa del Mondo 2018-19 di biathlon. La squadra azzurra ha trionfato davanti a Svezia e Francia, schierando Vittozzi, Runggaldier, Wierer e Sanfilippo. A fare la differenza nella terza frazione è stata proprio Dorothea Wierer che ha riportato il tricolore al comando dopo una complicata prova di Runggaldier. Sanfilippo ha chiuso i conti con due zeri, per quella che è la seconda vittoria al femminile della storia della staffetta azzurra
