Il Guardian ha stilato la top 100 del calcio femminile e l’unica azzurra presente è Barbara Bonansea, attaccante della Juventus. La giocatrice bianconera, 31 anni, figura al 97esimo posto. Il calcio italiano è rappresentanto anche da Korane Asllani, la 33enne attaccante svedese del Milan che figura al 67mo posto, e da un’altra juventina, il portiere 30enne francese Pauline Peyraud Magnin, in 86ma posizione.
